CLA from safflower oil (1000 mg). Conjugated linoleic acid boasts many weight loss benefits, including the following:

• Increases metabolic rate. By helping your body burn calories from fat quicker and more efficiently, CLA helps you lose weight naturally.
• Lowers cholesterol and triglycerides. CLA improves heart health and lowers risk of heart disease.
In one study, postmenopausal women with diabetes who took CLA reduced body mass, particularly abdominal fat. 
YGD Weight-Loss Blend (381 mg). YGD is a blend of yerba mate, guarana, and damiana. This particular blend caused weight loss in one study, where it delayed gastric emptying, reduced the time to perceive fullness, and induced significant weight loss. 
Guarana is a plant that induces weight loss through its high caffeine content, which stimulates the heart and metabolism to work faster. This increases both energy and fat burning. But the high caffeine content could cause insomnia, restlessness, increased heart rate and blood pressure, jitteriness, headache, and other side effects.
Yerba mate is an herb commonly used as a beverage in South America. It showed some potential in lipid lowering but is not proven, on its own, to reduce weight.
Damiana is a wild shrub that affects the brain and nervous system and acts as a laxative. While small amounts are safe, large amounts can cause convulsions and other serious problems.
Both of these ingredient blends have exhibited weight loss potential in studies.

Belly Off has an undisclosed amount of caffeine, and as such could cause side effects such as irritability, increased heart rate, sleeplessness, and nausea. The supplement facts recommend that if you are sensitive to caffeine to begin with one-half the recommended dosage and limit the use of caffeinated food and drinks.
You are also discouraged from using Belly Off if you have pre-existing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, thyroid problems, or nervous disorders, or if you are taking prescription drugs.
