Maker’s Diet Review

The Maker’s Diet is largely based on the basic food pyramid made organic. It includes organic vegetables, fruits, and meats to “remove unclean and unacceptable foods from your diet.” And while this is a novel approach to dieting, it is not worth spending $5 per week. In addition, there is no reason to believe that it would cure serious diseases that Rubin describes.
Overall Impression of Maker’s Diet:
The Maker’s Diet is based on sound principles of basic nutrition. However, these are principles one could discover for free. In addition, they make outrageous claims that they can’t actually substantiate. If you are looking for a serious program that is actually worth paying for, the Maker’s Diet is not the one.
