Mega-T Sculpt Review
Mega-T Sculpt has interesting packaging; the words “green coffee” are almost larger than the name of the supplement itself.
Below is a picture of green coffee beans and a promise the supplement burns carbs and fat. It seems green coffee is the main attraction of this new addition to the Mega-T line of diet supplements.
Let’s take a look at green coffee and the other ingredients in Mega-T Sculpt to see if they burn carbs and fat.
Do the Ingredients in Mega-T Sculpt Burn Fat and Carbs?
Mega-T Sculpt contains a measured amount of chromium and a proprietary blend. Usually when I look at supplements, I see if the ingredients are present in effective dosages. Unfortunately, in this case, I’ll have to assume each ingredient is present in a fraction of 315 mg, which is the dosage of the proprietary blend.
Mega-T Sculpt has 200 mcg chromium. According to WebMD, preliminary studies show chromium aids in weight loss. One study showed small doses of chromium aid in losing 2.5 pounds after 2-3 months. 
Green Coffee Extract
Looking at the box, this is the main ingredient in Mega-T Sculpt. However, since it is in a proprietary dose, all I know is it is present in less than 315 mg.
Participants in a study who took 700-1050 mg green coffee bean lost up to 10 pounds in 12 weeks.  Since those who took more green coffee lost more weight, less than 700 mg should induce weight loss of less than 10 pounds.
One study showed participants who took 100, 200, or 400 mg caffeine experienced fat burn. Caffeine is also dose dependent, which means those who took larger doses burned more fat. However, doses as low as 100 mg have a thermogenic effect. 
Chokeberry Whole Fruit
Chokeberries regulate proper weight and balance blood glucose. Furthermore, they are a rich source of antioxidants, chemicals that break apart free radicals. Free radicals are the cause of many diseases such as obesity and cancer; they also contribute to the aging process. 
Tart Cherry Whole Fruit
This fruit has a number of health-promoting properties. It assists in muscle recovery after damage, is a powerful sleep aid, and mitigates the effects of oxidative damage. 
Raspberry Whole Fruit
Raspberries contain plentiful vitamin C, which is an antioxidant. They also contain anthocyanins, which fight microbes and oxidative damage. Raspberries are low in fat and calories, making them an ideal weight-loss fruit. 
Elderberry Whole Fruit
This fruit has a positive effect on the immune system. Elderberries have antiviral properties and reduce inflammation. They are a natural treatment for flu symptoms. 
What Results Can You Expect When Using Mega-T Sculpt?
Unfortunately, Mega-T Sculpt is a relative newcomer to the weight loss arena. So far, there are no consumer reviews or experiences available. Therefore, I can’t tell you if Mega-T Sculpt works for different types of people.
However, the information on the box says users can expect to lose 5, 10, or even 20 pounds while taking Mega-T Sculpt. There is no data available to show how much weight is lost on average.
How Much Mega-T Sculpt Should You Take?
The manufacturer recommends taking 1 capsule Mega-T Sculpt at a time with a full glass of water. The water presumably aids in appetite suppression, since water fills the stomach as well as food. It is also recommended you take the capsule 20 minutes before a meal.
Mega-T Sculpt can be taken 2-3 times a day. However, the manufacturer warns against taking more than 3 servings per day, as additional servings do not aid in weight loss.
Is Mega-T Sculpt Worth the Price?
Mega-T Sculpt can be found through third party retailers such as Walgreens, Amazon.com, and Drugstore.com. Prices range between $14 and $20. Each package contains 45 capsules. If you follow the recommendation and take 3 capsules per day, the bottle will last 15 days. At full price, that’s a $40-a-month investment. Compared to other weight loss supplements, this product is an average price.
The quality of the supplement is difficult to gauge. The proprietary blend makes it impossible to determine if ingredients are in effective doses. However, the ingredients used are all relatively safe and reasonably effective.
At this point, I would turn to consumer reviews to determine whether Mega-T Sculpt works for a large range of people. Without this information, I cannot make a recommendation. If I were considering a diet supplement, I would wait for more information before purchasing Mega-T Sculpt.
